Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the Federal Council amended the Covid-19 Ordinance 3 again on September 14, 2020.
In particular, the time frame for holding company meetings in writing or in electronic form was extended. Such virtual company meetings are now possible until the end of 2021 (see Art. 27 Covid-19-V3).
With early planning and appropriate communication, even smaller companies, start-ups and associations benefit immensely from the simplifications of a written or electronic partners’, shareholders’ or members’ meeting.
