Here's How the Initial Meeting Works
1. Schedule an appointment
Schedule a video appointment online or contact us by phone to arrange a meeting via video or in person in Winterthur.
2. Submit the documents and complete the payment via video call
Once an appointment has been scheduled, our office will send you information regarding payment and how to submit your documents. If you schedule a video call, payment must be made before the call takes place.
3. Preparation by the law firm
The documents you submit will be reviewed by your assigned attorney prior to the consultation so that your legal situation can be accurately assessed.
4. Conduct the initial meeting
During the consultation, which can last up to 60 minutes, you will receive an initial legal assessment as well as a structured overview of the possible next steps.
5. Decision on how to proceed
At the end of the initial consultation, we determine what the next steps should be. If further legal representation is warranted and Fricker Füllemann Attorneys at Law is able to take on the case, we will discuss the course of action, the work involved, and the costs in a transparent manner. In some cases, it becomes clear that no further legal action is necessary or advisable.
