Our law firm specializes in administrative law, in particular migration law and road traffic law, as well as criminal law, commercial criminal law and contract law (especially employment law). To strengthen our team in Winterthur, we are looking for a lawyer (60–100% workload) to join us as a full-time employee, starting December 1, 2026, or as otherwise agreed.
Your tasks:
- Independent support of clients with a focus on administrative law (migration, road traffic and animal law)
- Handling criminal and commercial criminal law cases as well as contract law matters, in particular employment law
- Advice and representation of our clients before authorities and courts
- Preparation of legal opinions, briefs and statements
- Litigation in administrative, criminal and commercial law proceedings
- Opportunity to set your own priorities and actively contribute them to the firm
Your profile:
- Already in possession of the license to practice law or about to obtain it
- Initial professional experience in administrative law, criminal law or contract law would be an advantage, but motivated young professionals are also welcome!
- Enjoy independent client work and solution-oriented work
- Team-oriented and proactive personality with a high digital affinity
- Negotiating skills, confident demeanor and entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
